Change unlock from mute button?

I just got my 9100 running OS 6. I have a side holster case that always hits the mute button, so even though I locked the keyboard first, it unlocks it.

Is there a way to disable the unlock function of the mute key and assign it to something else (or just turn it off and use the * Send key combination)?
