9105 Broken Screen Replacement

Hi all,

The wife has just gone and dropped her Pearl 3G from the top of the stairs to the bottom and has broken the screen.

Having searched ebay it's evident that replacement screens exist but having search youtube there doesn't seem to be any tutorials on how to change it. Having never done this with a phone (changed a laptop screen which was a doddle) I'd rather not just go poking around and break something else in the process.

Can anyone here point me towards a video that will show me how its done, or even just a written tutorial, as any help will be great help
