Hi.

I bought my Passport three weeks ago and I'm pretty happy so far. But since last week, I experienced the same problem twice.
My emails (Gmail, Gmx, Hotmail..) do not synchronize anymore to the hub and I can't find a solution.
When I go to Settings, then Accounts, all my accounts are "not connected" and when I click on one of them, I can read the following sentence "Your device is not connected to a network. Connect to a network and try again".

The thing is that I can send messages on BBM/Whatsapp and use the browser.

Any help would be welcome. Thank you.

I had this occur yesterday, out of the blue. I restarted my Passport and all was well once again.

(All I can figure is I wandered into a weak mobile network area and wasn't able to reconnect quickly.)

The first time I experienced this problem, I restarted my Passport and everything was working.

This time, I restarted the phone many times and it didn't change anything unfortunately. I deleted one of my mail accounts (Gmail) and then tried to re-synchronize it to the phone and it didn't work.

Ugh. Are you able to connect to wifi okay?

The only thing I can think of is to try getting a new nano sim card, and / or do a security wipe on your device (in that order).

My point goes to the Nano SIM replacement .. many people come in my store everyday just because network doesn't work out of the blue..

80% of the time, problem is fixed by changing it..
The other 20%, should not be 3-4 months late on their bill payment
