    I suppose it's a nice option to have. But it's still extra hardware around the house. (I hate clutter). I guess outside if possibly damaging the micro USB port, is there really another advantage to it? I don't know it just seems like it's extra crap on my night stand or counter

    Well it's either your charger or the wireless so really not much different there. I guess I like that I'm not constantly using the port which should make it last longer. Although I've never had issues with my phones that didn't have it.

    That's really the only advantage to it..i just personally don't want a charging pad on my kitchen counter, I'm already giving my wife hell to put away the small appliances that clutter the counter. BTW, anyone want to buy a toaster?

    It is disappointing wireless charging is not on all of them. A good cradle can be almost as good though.

    I love the wireless charging on the Z30 but I guess we should be able to get a charging pod similar to the 9900 now that the USB port is on the bottom.

    I don't want to start another discussion about the advantages and convenience of wireless charging - been there done that - but I'll just tell you that I love wireless charging for a number of reasons - with less wear and tear on the port being the LEAST of those reasons. To each his own.

    At&t model has wireless charging
