    Hello,

    When I connect my passport to my windows 10, I have 3 blackberry devices in the device manager.

    Windows 10: passport not connecteed to BB Link-2cipypi.png
    The passport is not recognised by BB device manager or BB Link.
    Windows 10: passport not connecteed to BB Link-1pcbnw7.png
    When I try to update the driver manually I get the following error:

    "one of the installer cannot perform the installation at this time"
    Windows 10: passport not connecteed to BB Link-szcmono.png
    I'uninstalled the devices, disconnected my passport and reconnected: no luck.

    I'm using BB Link: 10.2.4.39
    My passport is running" 10.3.2.2224

    I've had this problem before... Uninstall BB Link and reinstall. This has worked twice for me now on two separate machines.

    Check if:

    1. You are using the latest version of BlackBerry Link

    2. Be sure you turn on Device Connections on the Passport (Settings > Device Connections > Allow Connections)

    I downloaded BlackBerry link yesterday
    Devic connection are allowed (otherwise the device wouldn't show up?)

    Link is very inconsistent for many it seems.

    I use link on my windows 10 PC connected to my Z30 and it works like charm with USB. However trying to connect with wireless and not a USB has given me some serious inconsistency situations. Link just has a mind of its own but when you get it working, it's actually amazing.

    The device may show up but the storage drives will not be mounted if the connections setting is off
