    I can't say for sure but I bought the Seidio surface case and the Seidio holster with the clip. It works great! Holds the phone nice and tight. Not sure how the 2 cases compare.

    The problem with the OEM hard case, as great as it looks, is that it doesn't cover the top of the PP so that the clip on the top of the Seidio holster drags across the top of the phone and will scratch it. If you are very careful you could lift the clip every time you put the phone in and took it out, but I think eventually it would cause damage. I've found the OEM soft case actually feels better (softer and more secure grip), fits tighter in the holster, easier to put on and take off without damage, and costs half of the hard case. Just doesn't look as good.
