I am running 10.3.1.1581 on my Passport and have been unsuccessful in getting it to connect consistently to my home wi-fi network.

I know the home network works just fine since all my Apple devices and Roku connect to it without any issues whatsoever. This particular Passport unit even actually connected two or three times but stopped doing so after I switched its wi-fi connection between the home wi-fi and my cable provider's hotspot a few times. Now, only the hotspot works.

I've already tried deleting all saved connections and adding the home wi-fi manually, turned airport mode on and off and even did a factory reset but none worked.

How do I fix this issue? This is my second Passport unit. (The first unit did not connect to my home wi-fi at all.)

Yes I agree but at least he has a ticket and a response so they know about it and are working on it.

Hi There, Please help me with my Blackberryz3 Ive used factory mode now I cant connect to my home network .It prompts Unable to Authenticate against network.Thank You
