    it charges only when i restart it , and yesterday when i connected it to my computer , it was not recognized .... hardware issue , software issue ... please anybody

    It charges only if i restart or power off and on , but it shows nothing when plugged in . ort problem

    Same issue here from this morning. Already confirmed is not a cable issue and the Passport just charges after a restart. Quite puzzling as it started to happen without any warning. No hints whatsoever so far...

    Same thing happened to my friend's Classic after an update. Not sure what caused it, but he was able to get a replacement unit after trying different charging sources.
