I just got passport and having same issue when an incoming calls are received no sound, both main volume and notifications volume is set to high all other notifications sms, bbm, whatsapp works but only incoming calls don't. I've already tried reloading the software twice. What I've noticed is before restoring the data back the incoming call notification can be heard and after restoring my data sound is lost. Any suggestions how i can fix this please? I'm running 10.3.0.908 operator etisalat. Please help

Ive also noticed after hard reset when phone has started and able to accept calls, any incoming calls during this short period also gives sound on incoming calls..

I believe for those who chaired new handsets like classic and passport, can access direct support from BlackBerry on the phone. Look at your documents with the phone.

Also check your headphone port to see if it's stuck open from (perhaps) headphones used. Insert a 3.5mm jack and remove it a few times.

Hello guys, finally found the issue causing this. Its an app that is causing no ringtone on incoming calls. I had to wipe/restore at least 6 times.. theres an app call recorder I had on Z30 which is probably not compatible yet for passport. Upon deleting this app passport incoming ringtone is back now...
