[CrackBerry Question]

I love my Silver Passport, but am not sure why the battery drains while the phone is physically turned off. The last 24 hours the battery went from 40% to 15%, all while the phone has been turned off. No use what so ever.

Anyone knows why?

I have the playstore installed, but only one app: Expensify. My Z30 does not act this way.

Any advice or input? Thanks so much.

If the phone is in fact off... I'd say you have a hardware issue.

You can check for a software issue by reinstalling the OS and testing it. But if it is off, it should be off.

Is it under warranty? If so contact support.

If not, you could look at replacing the non-removable battery and hoping that is all it is.
