i recently bought a blackberry passport silver edition - i am facing problems whenever i am doing some urgent work or reading a email or reply my blackberry start rebooting ?

Back up and do a security wipe, or it might be an android app causing it

Does it happened that when you are reading your emails, your right hand index finger is unconsciously and accidentally touching the right top portion of your Passport where miraculously the power button is also placed?

If not, then a soft reset may help you. Just push the 'up' and 'down' volume together and hold them up until your device shutdown and restart... yeah, you can delete later the 'screen shot' taken while pushing those buttons together...

This has been a problem around the forum and it's a hardware issue. Do a warranty exchange because your device is defective.
