I don't know but it Pertains throughout charging, somewhat higher rate of vibration at starting and lower rate of vibration when reaching 100

its not vibration. Its electricity running thru your phone. This usually happens to me when my devices are not grounded.

I could feel it when my macbook is running on 2pin instead of a 3pin charger.

Try charging via usb port from your pc.

Then try using a different usb charger.

    Does it still vibrate?

Probably not enough juice to re-create

    What does that mean??

Simple. It means that the charger that makes your phone vibrate is not grounded. Just use a different charger.

Some girls might be interested to buy that 'charger'.

Anyway, based on your story, the 'charger' is the culprit. Use or buy another charger...

Yup. As long as the charger works, it will be fine.
