    Why does Assistant open up when,

    1. On home screen,
    And
    2. Multiple keyboard keys get pressed?

    This is why Assistant has been frequently open when I flip open the flap of the Ringle leather case.

    FYI: I deleted all Short Cuts on keyboard.

    Because it thinks you either want to use an instant action or search. You may have deleted all the shortcuts, but instant actions are still there.

    Because that's the beautiful thing about BlackBerry assistant. When on the home screen one simply needs to start typing and the whole world opens up at their fingertips... makes you wonder why anyone buys an iPhone, right?
