From time to time i get a notification on my Passport that it's running low on RAM. I usually see it coming when i start swiping through the main screen and there's a lag. I've a typical 6-8 apps running (calendar, bbm, whatsapp, remember, browser, phone and twitter). For a phone with 3GB of RAM, i'm baffled this occurs. Is anyone else having the same problem?

How many tabs in your browser do you have open at a time? I will sometimes have a similar amount of apps open at a time, but usually no more than 3 or 4 tabs in the browser. I've yet to see that notification and haven't seen my Passport lag. Except for a couple times in certain text message conversations but I've determined that to be a 'Blend' related issue. And the latest Beta of Blend seems much snappier so I'm happy!

Usually 2 -3 tabs and i've not experienced any issues on Blend or related to Blend's use. The times i had the notification show up was without Blend in use.

What does your device monitor say about the memory guzzling apps?

Did you try closing some apps when the memory was full?

The only active frames i have open at the time was Calendar, BBM, WhatsApp and Remember. I doubt these are memory guzzling but to answer your question, yes. I close all open active frames but still laggy so i reboot.
