    I've tried wirelessly and with a USB cable but get the message, "Sync did not complete Service failed." I tried reinstalling Blackberry Link to my Mac, but still cannot sync. (Failed to connect to the device.)

    You didn't say what Mac OS version you are using. BlackBerry Link hasn't been updated for more than a year and the Windows version it is now having problems with Windows 10.

    Did you update your Mac to macOS Sierra? The new system from Apple out last September? I can't use Blend since then. I have been meaning to create a thread about that.

    I have an Airbook with maverics, transfer an all works fine over and with BLACKBERRY BLEND, ...link mostly does not work

    I can even transfer files to SD card...!!!

    I just used Link on my old iMac with Mavericks to do a full backup due to the problems with Link and W10, but only the internal memory mounted, not the SD card.

    Link - I don't even touch that anymore use BLEND
