Each time i pair a device and try to receive a file through bluetooth....the message I get is "bluetooth transfer interrupted"

Same problem here, but the solution does not work for me - there is no additional media card I could format, and therefore no "format media card" entry in settings / storage and access.

Any other idea?

You can also turn on NFC and transfer files that way. Works great for me.

NFC does not work, either, but that's another story. If I need to transfer a file I can do it by E-Mail or via cloud, but I want my Passport to work properly. I don't want to accept that my Passport will never be able to receive files by bluetooth, so I am looking for the reason. I must be sure that it's not a hardware issue.

Soft reset (right expression?), that is pressing the power button for ten seconds, did not solve the problem.
