    Since my last update to 10.3.2.2836, on my passport, I can no longer text or call. I do receive my emails, I had my sim card checked and it is ok. I also lost my FB on y hub, and now it says my hub does not support Face book. Once and awhile I do receive a text message, but I cannot send

    sounds like you need to reload that OS and start over. FB is no longer supported AFAIK so that could be the issue with it
