Saved/downloaded pics from Face10 app to my sd card but they're not there. Created a new folder and saved the pics and the new folder is there but still no files/pics in it. Not sure what's going on.
This is on a Passport. I've only had the phone for a week, so still trying to figure it out.

I haven't used Face10, but can you use File Manager and navigate to : Device --> Photos. Have a look there. If not, you can switch it to your media card. In both locations do a Search so you can get the correct path of the files you are looking for.

I am browsing with File Manager after saving the files. The folder I created during the save process is there but not the file I saved in it.

Well, maybe it's a Face10 thing. Apparently after you view the pic, clicking download does not work. You have to click the pic again then save it. Weird, but that seems to work.
