    I ran into a catastrophe this morning, literally. While running I dropped my BB Passport to the pavement, the screen broke and it got som dings and dents. As I am in the US on business I am eager to replace it right away. Its not easy to get a hold of one of these back home in Norway. Any suggestions? Are there any physical stores that sell the Passports in the US?

    Unfortunately, I don't think there's any way that's going to be possible. at&t has an exclusive, and they don't carry the Passport yet.

    I live near DC. Your only option really is shopblackberry.com or Amazon. Fortunately they have it in stock right now.

    BTW, if mine goes missing today I'll know it's you, so don't even try.

    At 50th or 51th and 6th NYC, there is an ATT store who normally always have them unlocked and imported. I normally deal with Joe Kapoor. May not be cheap tho. Mobilecityonline.com have physical store in lower manhattan, but seem to be out of stock.

    Not sure if they have PP but had every other BlackBerry unlocked prior to US release. Normally Rogers imports.

    I doubt Mr. Kapoor has a demo unit out. So you might as well buy from Amazon, for $200 less and it'll come with warranty. It'll still be cheaper with 2-day shipping.

    My guess is because he wants the device soon, while he's still in the US. Amazon 2-day shipping could do that too, if there's enough time, plus he'd get warranty on it, unlike Mr. Kapoor's $800 unit.
