Just would like to ask if any would know when the official 10.3.1 for passport would be available for download via OTA? Hope before the year ends

Yeah, it's a bummer because I love the features of 10.3.1 but the leak is buggy. Hopefully there will be a more stable leak in the meantime.

10.3.1 has recently Gone sdk gold. Carriers are testing now. Earliest beginning to mid Feb 2015.

I would also love to see the official 10.3.1 OTA update for the passport, I tried the leak, but I didn't like the flickering issues, so I went back to 10.3.0.1418, I still have a flickering issue every now and then, but I love some of the new features in 10.3.1, I sure hope it's released more sooner than later.

If you have a passport you should have software release 10.3.0.908 which is stable and has most improvements over 10.2.1 that come with 10.3.1.
Getting hot and bothered about 10.3.1 release date is for Z and Q device owners. Feel their need but don't worry for yourself 10.3.0 is good on passport.
