Day 3 with the passport and it makes it a whole day at work but I'm I do have to charge it at night.

So how are all these posters seeing 20 hours etc when I barely get ten?

Here is my usage for battery drain.

I have my display turned all the way down as well.

I'm going to suggest that you have that "I can't put it down" problem.

Display always takes up a lot of battery. It is a good indication if you are a "Heavy" or "Light" user. I didn't use my Z30 much today and the Display is listed at 11% and I'm at 61% currently. I know you don't want to show off any mangled graphs because you are on 10.3. I don't know what they messed up with the battery usage graphs on 10.3. Anyway. What was your percentage at the time of this screen shot?

I didn't get great battery life until day 7-8 with the Passport

If you were to match every condition as these others, you might see the same but since there are dozens of unique variables affecting each user that there's no way to expect different usage patterns to be equal.

I don't get 20 hours either. 10 maybe, but I do have a lot going on in the background, data usage monitor, geofencing with Geotoolbox, Powertools and I am usually running six apps or more. I take photos regularly and use it almost exclusively for social media and for email, text, etc (no longer tied to my PC). I don't sit and read on my PC, I use my Passport for a lot of research, news, sports, weather... Oh, and I think I have a problem putting it down, lol. My best computer and a phone too! Battery is very good considering how much I use it. My Passport is a true Crackberry!

That's your problem there. I used to get around 24 hours on the Z10 but this app is a battery leech. Too bad too, it's an otherwise useful app.

I used to get only 13 hours of battery life with moderate to heavy use. That was for the first three weeks.

Then I did a hard reset after the third week, just out of curiosity if my battery life will improve. It did. I can now get a full 24 hours of battery life. And I sometimes have to use it hard at night to drain the battery so that I can charge it before I sleep.

No. Just use the volume buttons. Hold them down until the device turns off. It's best to have the phone FULLY charged to 100% and plugged into the charger when performing the reset.
