Dear Pasa,

Am using android whatsapp it's support all except some errors in sending some media files.

Two options you can do.

Delete your whatsapp account and again activate in ur passport.
Google service is required if the account is backed up else it won't ask.

Next one,

If you have a new sim activate whatsapp in bb10 device. Then activate whatsapp in another device automatically ur bb10 whatsapp ask for verify.Enter your number you can access whatsapp.
