Quick question. As noted on another post, I had an issue with the phone not waking all of the time on swipe, one time I couldn't get further than the password screen, and after sitting in standby at work for a while the device would not open any apps/icons or the active frame already open which was resolved with a restart; the other a hard restart.

Long story short I upgraded to the official release from Rogers through Sachesi (so easy... plug in, install, download... without having to backup + automatically recognizes device and if there is an official update available). Needless to say everything is now perfect including the @123 key. First time doing this unofficial so was apprehensive, but so glad I did it... not one problem anymore. Also, finished the update and unplugged about 33 hours ago and battery at 32%. Very impressed!

Anyway to my quick question lol, what is the Software Release that comes from shopblackberry? Mine is now listed as 10.3.0.908. I wrote down the OS and Radio, but cannot find the Software Release number I was originally on. Thanks!

That's the OS version printed on the box.

Your OS should be 10.3.0.1418 (different from the OS release number).

The original batch of Passports originally shipped with OS 10.3.0.1052 (software release 10.3.0.675). The ones from the "restock" may end up being different.

Should have been on the original. I have the OS as 10.3.0.1154 to 10.3.0.1418 and Radio as 10.3.0.1155 to 10.3.0.1419... just not sure of the Software Release with 1154/1155?

So that would be Software Release 10.3.0.675 I believe.

I believe most that got their hands on one at official release, Oct 1, 2, 3 got this version.

I unlocked my device, put a Rogers SIM, and they provided an OS update.

The software release is 10.3.0.908
That is OS version 10.3.0.1418 which is the most recent 'stable' version....

The one thing the update did was slightly improve focusing on the camera. A welcomed improvement.

Not too sure about other 'fixes'.....maybe just stability.

Yup, activated on 10/7, immediately received an update to 10.3.0.738. I was having multiple issues and did a nondestructive update via Sachesi to 10.3.0.908 and since I have not had one issue (freezing, swipe to wake, @123 finicky) and am shocked at how simple it was to update. Easy as OTA. I never install leaks, but I was having software issues and ultimately decided since this was an official update I was going for it. Just switched to AT&T so this is my only GSM phone for now. Only issue with the update to 10.3.0.908 was that I received 2 new apps (presumably from Rogers to which I just deleted). Everything has been flawless and not one bug since updating. Thanks for the info!
