    Hello CB users. I am having a problem with my passport. It has been 2 months since I have been using the device. It is an AWESOME device. But tonight I came across with an issue. There is a gap on the right side of the screen the edge that connects with the metal part. There is a gap and it is a long gap that last till the end of the keyboard vertically. I can see the lightning of the parts inside of the device. And even I could see the lightning under the screen but I solved it by benting little bit to inside of the device (not with a power to hurt the phone or even a cat!) it seems okay for the screen for now but the keyboard is bothering my even though it is small. Just wanted to share this. Thanks for reading.

    Get it replaced under warranty.

    Happened to me exactly after 2 months of use. Just take it back to point of purchase and get it replaced.

    I bought it from dubai on vocation. Wont get there near future. And there isnt any BlackBerry shop here so. I guess I am gonna die

    I think one of the carrier's will still send it in for warranty or service.
