Hey guys, I've been the proud owner of the BlackBerry Passport for just over 6 months now and I've noticed that my Passport has warped and has become more noticeable.

I was wondering what my options are, I got the phone through Carphone warehouse (UK), can I claim under warranty or anything like that either?

Don't you have that 2 year money back policy in the UK? Someone mentioned this policy here a few months back.

BlackBerry exchanged mine with no problem here in the US I'm sure you will have no issues obtaining a replacement. I was extremely skeptical about the warping issue until it happened to me. BlackBerry made the experience of owning a Passport enjoyable. The phone is awesome and so far my replacement has great. Good luck

IMHO you should contact Carphone Warehouse as it is the source you bought the phone at. However I am not too familiar with UK warranty rights, you of course could also contact BlackBerry directly, but CPW would be my first contact.

As standard policy in returning unit either for repair or replacement is, you get it free as long as your unit is still under warranty and whatever defect is, it is not cause by user misuse...
