    The bluetooth earbud I'm using is Jabra Step Wireless, the phone is Blackberry Passport.
    When the earbuds is connected to my laptop or talking on the phone works fine, but when it comes to playing music, it's just too loud. It's really loud even when the volume is turned down to minimum. I'm sure the problem is not with the earbuds because it's working except playing music.
    Has anyone seeing this problem?
