I was writing whatsapp message while listening music through my bluetooth headset and suddenly my virtual keyboard was gone and touch function doesn't work anymore on keyboard

I can't type dots or commas anymore because of missing virtual keyboard smiley face

I red that some other people had similar problems with other BlackBerry models when connecting to certain bluetooth devices

Is there a trick to fix it or do just need to boot the devise question mark

Booting the device helped, but if you can somehow lock your touch pad on your keyboard and hide the virtual keyboard with some key combination, I would like to no how?

Or is it a glitch with bluetooth headset not working with blackberry os?

Check your Bluetooth headset settings on the phone. Long press the device in the list, then select device details to see if maybe it is connecting as a keyboard or something else that may effect your keyboard.

At least now it's connected as music device. I will keep checking if it some how changes.
