I keep getting an error message when trying to play videos. This is for videos I've recorded and using the standard video player. Other video players I've downloaded work. I've tried restarting and hard rebooting which hasn't helped.

When I try to play youtube videos I get the message that "Your browser does not support any of the current video formats"! Help!

Check to see if desktop mode is turned off on your Web browser.

Make sure it's off.
