I live in Detroit Michigan and when I first got my Passport I was on Tmobile after about a month I switched over to At&t. So far the service has been at least 75% better. I have 0 missed calls and the Internet a great deal smoother.

Just some advice for those who were in my position or still is. That is just for my area the service may be different in others.

i am in CT, my Passport almost never lost LTE almost, just one or two spots, i travel a lot in the state. where my brother's iphone lost a lot more, i cannot even remember how many times i take advantage. not just LTE everything else as well ;]]

Sounds pretty normal if you're not in a region with good TMO coverage.
