Hi - I bought a new passport (unlocked) and activated it on AT&T, also upgraded to OS 10.3.1.1779. I cannot send or receive MMS, I want to say it worked before the OS upgrade but I could be wrong. I verified the MMS settings and they seem appropriate but I cannot change the APN settings (I read they might need to be updated for unlocked phones as well). I read somewhere else that I might have to get a new SIM card? Any help or responses are appreciated!

With your sim card in, go to settings-network connections, then at the bottom select apn. On the apn screen, type "apn" on your keyboard. Once it shows up change the name from whatever it is and make it say "phone". Save. Restart.

If this doesn't work, you can change your apn settings manually in the hub settings under text messages-advanced. Your sim must be removed however for this option to appear.

Thank you - I tried it, still no luck. At this point, is talking to AT&T the last resort?
