    Thanks for the input it was very useful. however is it possible to turn off the sound of the dial pad on the blackberry passport? as its annoying when in meetings. thanks

    as far as i know there are no settings for disabling sound of the dial pad

    save the number on your phone so you don't have to dial the numbers when you're in meetings.

    Put the phone into silent or vibrate and the dial pad noise shouldn't be heard.
