I have tried for hours to transfer my MP3s to my 64gb samsung microSD. I have tried adding them through USB. I have pulled the card and formatted it on my pc and then put the card back in the phone but is doesn't see anything and tells me to check the storage options. So I formatted the card again from the storage options and removed the card, plugged it into my pc and loaded the files but again my passport doesn't see them and wants me to format. I have about 14gb of music that I keep on an sd card to use. I am frustrated. Can anyone help me here?

Can you test with smaller file size first e.g. <1MB.
If no issue you might want to test with other memory card.
If both no issues, then something not right with you memory card

Make sure they are being transferred to the Passport in a file format that the Passport is going to recognize.

I had a device in the past that wouldn't recognize MP3. So I had to covert them all to MP4 than transfer them to the SD.
