    I mean, without using BlackBerry Link, I used to upgrade my Passport via autoloader, and never restore anything, so I used to setting up the system by manually.

    I wonder if there is an app from BBW have this feature? Just .

    I know you said not BlackBerry Link, but you can do a custom backup with Link and just backup the settings and nothing else. Not aware of an app that will backup your settings other than Link.

    Why would you not use BlackBerry Link? I don't get the purpose of needing a different app when Link is meant for this purpose. This makes no sense.
