Downloaded 10.3.3 yesterday. So sent a couple texts and I notice there is a blue circle with a D in the middle. Happened a few times then it stopped. Should I have a D on my text now and missing something or was this a fluke ?

    Yes the D means delivered.
If you go to the hub and tap on the three dots at the bottom right.

You'll get hub option screen that opens.
Somewhere in those options/settings there's an option to turn on and off delivery notification. If it's turned off the D will not show. If it's turned on the D should show once the text is delivered.

I the recipient has their settings set to show the message is read then your D in a blue circle will turn in to an R in a green circle. Not too many people even know they can do that more do they care

I know the D means delivered thanks. Posed this question because I never had this notification before and as I stated it only showed up on a few texts. Went to hub and delivery notification was on.

It's an ancient feature of short message services and I think everybody should have turned this on.

I generally leave the reverse notifier off. Delivery notification is a network function. But the read notification is sent when the text is opened (read) by the recipient.
