    When texting I get a notice stating "message semantically incorrect" .This happens irrespective of the language that I am texting in (English/Afrikaans). Can anybody help?

    Was it ever working? If not, I'd assume that it is sim card provisioning issue, so contact your wireless provider and confirm the settings for sim card.

    It worked perfectly until three days ago when it happened for the first time when I sent a message through Memo Pad app. Have had my Passport for nine months now. Have not experienced any other problems with my phone so far.

    Problem solved. Service centre address in advanced text message settings was wrong. Corrected it through my service provider! Thank you!
