Is there a way to download the T-Mobile Wi Calling app from Blackberry World? I am running 10.3.1.1151

I can find the Wi-Fi app and have Blackberry World download it from the website, but when I want to install it, notified that "unavailable for this device"

I'm traveling overseas and Wi-Fi calling would be great! I do have a T-Mobile branded Z10 running 10.3.1.396 and it looks like wi-fi can be activated. Is the only way I can use this feature is to use my T-Mobile branded Z10 and use it while traveling overseas with the T-Mobile sim card? Is there a better OS that utilizes Wi-Fi calling that I should install on my Z10?

TMO WiFi calling is not possible on the Passport. But as you have noticed, it works just fine on the Z10 (and Q10.)

If you have WFC on your 10.3.x Z10, great. If not, you'll need to downgrade to a 10.2.1 build. 10.2.1.3442 was just pushed out for the Z10 and Q10, and it doesn't seem to break WFC.

This looks like valuable info but I don't get it.
I imagine something needs to be installed but where does one get wifi calling, please?
