no all are retail phones..we have 3 NEW units here, all 3 have different but current?? software versions... go figure

also after updating, swipe to wake will not work, it is enabled, lock screen message will not show unless the unit is plugged in for charging, i previously had a wall paper set, and it always showed my message, and after disabling the UN WANTED AMAZON APP, ( why it needs? want full access to my pictures, emails, conatc lists, data usage, sites visited) IS VERY VERY DISTURBING on a supposed SECURE PHONE !!!, i am unable to change ringtone volume or set a different ringtone/notification for texts/email notification. and vibrate on text alert will not work.

i have secure wiped the phone.. reloaded software via bb link.. same results..
