Hello, hope everyone is well! Been trying to get my PP SE to stream live football to my tv. I plug a HDMI cable into my tv, then a HDTV adapter to fit into my phone. Unfortunately the spigot connector from the HDTV adaptor which is supposed to fit into my charging port only goes in halfway into my phone. It's goes all the way into my wife's Note 4 and then shows the Note 4's screen on the TV. What I don't understand is that both phones use the same charger? Does anybody have any ideas? Many thanks in advance

The Passport uses Slimport. Apparently the Note 4 uses MHL.
You are probably going to need a different cable/adapter.

Yup, different adaptors. You should get a miracast adaptor, it's a wireless streaming stick, and it will work on both devices.

I use Slimport myself, made by Startech. I like to be wired in when connected to TV this way your not using battery power and not losing Signal through WiFi while watching video. It really sucks to reset right in the middle of something. Well that's my thought anyway.

If your tv supports miracast you can do this wirelessly.

Don't buy any cheap miracast dongle. Bought one for about 30$ and the quality is horrible. Even for just PowerPoint presentations so laggy and pixelated. Go with slimport hdmi adapter, that works
