    Download Sachei and update manually. It is the best bet and also fastest.

    You have something wrong....take it into the carrier outlet and have them figure it out...the "server" error is unusual.

    Telus is on an even newer version of the OS that we got today in the U.S. on Shop BlackBerry unlocked Passports, so that's definitely weird that you're getting that message.

    Try using BlackBerry Link and seeing if it finds the update. That server error has happened to me, but right before an update was pushed.
