Hi I have found my BlackBerry passport has startup issues. It running apps when it is restarted. I think there is a setting like our pc 'msconfig'. That it can disable or enable startup apps. Found apps background in the settings but no apps were there. But my snapp installed Facebook messenger is running without clicking the app.

    Anybody who has an idea?

Some native apps have "Headless" support that you can disable with app permissions or in their settings. Hub accounts will also refresh in the background and can be configured in the Hub settings.

Android apps installed via Snap/Amazon etc have to be configured in the app itself to disable refreshing. Unfortunately, it seems that permissions for Android apps and ports cannot be changed after installing...
