Hi All,

I planned to buy a passport, but not sure the GoPro Android app is working or not.
I have tried to install it on my Q10 before, the app can be opened, but I am not able to press some of the buttons (as not shown on the square screen, it should be located in the lower part of the screen)
Does it work on Passport?

Thanks for your update, the problem I meet before when I using Q10 is I can also launch the GoPro Android app. But after I click "Connect & Control", I am not able to see the buttons on the bottom row (i.e. "Video/photos inside my GoPro", "Record button", "Video / photo switching button" and the "Setting button") because of the square display.
That's why I have been changed to Z30

So, it is working on Passport now?

Sorry, I was trying to help but I don?t actually have a GoPro. I can tell you that the passport has a feature where you swipe down from the top bezel and select "zoom out". This usually cures problems of that sort.

Have you zoomed out? Also, try hiding the bar at the bottom.

That's zoomed out. And hiding the bar doesn't reveal anything. I guess I can use my Z10 as a remote.

I have the same problem; I have a passport and the app gopro from android, and the problem is I think the square screen, we can not see the buttons below. So, has anyone solve this problem?, is there any other app better than this?

I own a Sony AS30v action camera and a QX10 camera, its app can not working on passport... so sad.

I would suspect it will work on 10.3.1 on the passport where you have 3 options to display android apps and I would imagine the "pillar box" setting would do the trick. I'd check on mine but I don't have a gopro

Yes, so sad, I have tried to install the gopro app on a carrier shop on the passport on display.
But after zoom out, it still missing the buttons on the bottom. Very sad, think I won't upgrade to Passport until GoPro release a native BB app or BB 10.3.1 (or 10.3.2.... or later) can let user select how many % they wanna zoom out.....

I'm on PassportSQW100-1/10.3.0.1418. I get the same results as the picture u posted

I bought a PP finally and updated to 10.3.1 leak and the new zoom option working for the Gopro app. So happy about it.

Or you could load a leak.

Update: just updated to official 10.3.1 and scaling now works!
