    I am using Blackberry Passport and so many times my contacts got removed from contact list for no reason is this happens to me only or its a bug?

    In my experience the BlackBerry 10 contacts app has always been a bit of a disaster to be honest.

    I consistently get duplicate contacts or have another people's contact info appearing under different name.

    A friend of mine recommended saving all the contacts to both local and Sim card as a method of keeping things on the straight and narrow.
