so with the excitement i installed the 10.3.2.500 leak, it wasnt perfoming well so i downgraded but after reboot my passport just shows a red solid(no blinking) light. what do i do any ideas?

Plug your phone to your computer, open link. It should say something like can't communicate with your phone, hold the power button for 10 seconds and your computer should pick it up, then it might turn on by itself at that point (happened to me numerous times) or it'll ask you to restore your phone. Be aware that this will delete all the data on your phone.

You should take a look at the thread posted above, you may find a better solution, I personally haven't looked.

You can't downgrade. You've just bricked your phone.

But if you read the thread, there is a solution. So go read it, if you want to use your phone again.

done, so since we cant downgrade and phone was not connecting to sachesi. i had to create an autoloader to load the 10.3.2.500 so its now fine. i wish there was a warning though.

Try going to blackberry site and do an OS update.

Hit check for update
Plug phone into USB
Immediately hold in top key until phone shuts down
Select phone from list when it shows(do this fast)
Reboot again if prompted
Light should turn green while new OS is being downloaded and installed.

This fixes bricked/screwed up OS.

no, you cannot downgrade, all attempts failed, Blackberry link kept failing, phone was not detected by sachesi. auto loader for 10.3.2.500 was the only way i could revive the phone
