There's an other problem.

The snaps just disapear after a while.maybe 24 hours.
So I think you are facing this issue and report it this way.


If so please visit the Snap10 thread here at CrackBerry for further updates because at the moment nobody has a working solution

I'm able to replay snaps from 3 days ago so it might be an issue on your device only. The snaps are saved to your device in a cache. Your phone may be erasing snaps every time Snap10 is opened.

Check in Settings --> Advanced --> Wipe Cache on App Start

If this is checked then it may be the cause of the problem.
