    I have a Passport with the latest 10.3.1.747 leak, clean installed, no restore. I noticed the following problem: when opening a link from a Web browser in a new tab, on the newly opened tab the touch enabled keyboard is not working (the scrolling). This happens only when the new page opens automatically in a new tab, not when I click on a link and choose open in new tab from the menu. Anyone can confirm this?
