Hi, does anyone experience slow screen response on picking up or hanging up calls? As in, when you pressed the red hang up button, the screen will fade and freeze there for like 5 seconds.. not sure if its a OS problem or carrier's.

It happened to me occasionally on Q10 and on Passport.

Yes, when my passport was my primary phone, it constantly would lag in answering and hanging up calls.

Usually I could answer calls, but it was more frustrating that I could nit hang up calls and always had to wait for the other person to hang up.
it is more of an OS issue, not something that can be fixed by the user.

Does the newest OS (10.3.3.3057) address the issue for you guys?

I have never ever had a problem on picking up a call (original Passport on T-Mobile) but there is almost always a delay on hanging up.
