    Hello, just received my sim SE passport! Cut my sim with a sim cutter! Insert inside the phone without a problem! Tried to remove

    The nano SIMS are a bit thinner. This is why it stuck.

    Some have suggested using a pin (needle) or a pair of pins to get it out. Looking at my Passport, I assume you use the point of the pin to get a grip on the Sim. Maybe some one that has had the problem and solved it will reply with the details.

    Push the sim in gently and it will pop out. The sim and SD are not to be pulled out manually.

    Thank u! Tried to eject it as it should but did not works! Worked with a small pin! Put another Sim and Was ejecting Correctly! Enjoying the new bb
