Off the top I have to admit that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

The passport was a good looking phone.
The silver edition is a really nice looking phone.
IMO its the best looking phone Blackberry ever made even surpassing the Bold 9900.
Actually it would probably win a beauty contest will all phones from all manufacturers.

Yeap, you really have to touch it to get the whole experience, the metal frame just feels nice and silver has a style all it's own.

I thought it looked great in pictures...and then I opened the box and discovered that it is even more amazing in person!

I like it I really do, so much so I am dying to use it naked but alas my work means I always have oil in use and from experience rubber backs like the SE's won't last long with oily hands. This means I've taken the flip cover off and using the kickstand one instead so I can see it more and have the rubber back protected
Still adjusting to the weight of the damn thing tho, christ it's heavy!

Received mine a few hours ago and just in the process of setting it up. I certainly agree with the comments that to fully appreciate its build quality and good looks, you have to see it in person. Very solid device!
