First off, which OS version do you enjoy the most regarding the camera? I understand the that it's not exactly the higher the version the better, correct?

Also, is there any camera app that allows you to control the shutter speed? I tried Camera++, but it does not offer that kind of control.

Any other tips would be greatly appreciated.

Well, usually the higher the OS version is, the better the camera function should be (unless BlackBerry didn't do any improvement on the camera software itself). But again, the purpose of upgrading the OS is to fix the issues on previous version and to improve some functions. They may not improved it but definitely, shouldn't be degraded.

Not sure about controlling the shutter speed of Passport camera but I would be interested too if someone can share more infos about this.
