    I still use the app, but only for the push notifications.

    Hopefully they'll update it, but from what I've seen it'll take a bit of work since they didn't code it very nicely.

    My understanding is you can't download it on the z30 either. Not too sure what's going on considering BlackBerry sponsors the leafs.

    It doesn't suprise me that MLSE doesn't have a proper PP supported app(yet), they just like taking money from fans without putting a winning product out there.....

    I hated the internal policies! What shown out there is now quite how things are run! Monthly limits on customer care agents bill adjustments, refusing monetary bill adjustment requests and managers/teamleaders that don't do anything but take up space are a few things that use to pickmy ***. We were proactively told by the higher ups and managers of what we can and what the company does not want us to do despite what the company projects out there!!! I was one of the most knowledgeable customer care agents but at 10$/hr,no incentives on new activations, and other departments raking in the sales we were constantly left out in the cold! And the occasional calling in by store agents yelling and screaming at us!

    I've always wanted to work in the wireless industry and after this experience HELLZ no. I make more now in three days than what I made in a month working for ROGERS wireless! Call centre customer service were basically paid employees to sell with undervalued incentives. All major sales of services had to be transferred to different departments therefore losing out on sales commissions. I was not happy with that.

    I'm still contemplating filing an internal complaint with the office of the president! It is not a company of integrity despite the face of the company shown forward!

    I'm still a customer and my only regret is not putting non expiring forever discounts on my account!

    Nice story. Good luck with the complaint! Most big companies like rogers don't care because no matter how many times they fails they will always stay rich.
